Rev. Carla J. Olds, MDiv., is a native of Raleigh, NC and is
a graduate of North Carolina Central University and
Virginia Union University’s Samuel DeWitt Proctor School
of Theology.
Rev. Olds is a licensed and ordained minister who is passionate about working with the senior population including planning trips, events and activities for them. Her passions also include working with Intergenerational groups and planning activities across generations for the entire family.
During her seminary experience and internship, she founded PEARLS. PEARLS is an organization that aims to show young ladies and women that they are made like pearls. We endure challenges just like oysters do and emerge as beautiful pearls.
Rev. Olds, affectionally known as “Rev. O!” hosts weekly midnight prayer calls on Facebook, a biweekly radio show on Blog Talk Radio, and ministers to women throughout the country. Rev. O! seeks to empower, encourage, inspire and uplift everyone she encounters.
Rev. O! currently resides in the Dallas, Texas metroplex with her family.
